Authentics is a family-run brand of Depot4Design GmbH that combines functional design with a personal touch. Quality and sustainability are central to their approach. Hendrik and Julia Flötotto run the company with passion, which is reflected in their service and products.
Julia
Born in the tranquil region of East Westphalia, I began an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at a large fashion company after graduating from high school. I then studied business administration and gained almost 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. When I met my husband, the desire arose to create something of our own together. Since then, we have been running Depot4Design GmbH with the brands Authentics and Lumibär with great passion. When I'm not at my desk, I enjoy walking our dog in nature or relaxing with my husband at the North Sea.
Hendrik
Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs with a passion for interior design in East Westphalia, I developed an understanding of form and proportion at an early age. After periods abroad, business studies, and various professional positions, I founded Depot4Design GmbH with my wife in 2019, launching the brands Authentics and Lumibär.
When I'm not at my desk, I prefer to be in nature, whether in my garden at home, far away by the sea or in the mountains – always a perfect balance to the daily work routine.
